Fast food馃槤
Five years ago, I used to eat a lot of fast food,
French fries, I didn't like to exercise,
I gained a lot of weight, I wanted to change my lifestyle
in eating.
 
I started to bring fruits, drink a lot of water, do exercises every day at home.

The difficult thing was having to change my diet to improve my health.

I did not expect to lose weight so fast.

In the end I feel good, happy because I managed to lose weight in such a short time.
Happy with my result
